Jenny's Crayon Collection: Markers

Markers are one of my favorite things to color with! Why? I do love colored pencils and crayons, but markers are a lot easier on the hand to use. For this reason, I can color a picture in half the time with markers than I can color with colored pencils.

Markers can be alcohol or water based for the most part. The alcohol markers tend to be more permanent. Markers are not very light fast for the most part. To protect marker creations, use a sun resistant frame.

Markers have a variety of tips, the conical tip which is the broadline markers, the fine tip which is used for their thin tip markers and good for coloring, brush markers which is good for lettering and "painting" and the wedge tip. The wedge tip can be used for thick and thin lines.

I hope you have fun looking at my marker collection. I have divided up the markers into Lettering/Bullet Journaling/Note Taking specific markers, Fine Art and alcohol markers, and specialized Crayola markers.

Fine Tip Markers

These fine tip markers from Crayola can be used for a variety of purposes. They can be used for school aged kids, adult coloring, or lettering/bullet journaling. Their fine tip helps with writing and detail work.
